The invention discloses a method for manufacturing an LED lamp radiator, which comprises the following steps: modified resin with thermal coefficient of not less than 0.9 and powder with normal radiance of not less than 0.89 are prepared into a paint and an electrophoresis material; the LED lamp radiator is subjected to plasma treatment; and the prepared paint and the prepared electrophoresis material are arranged on the surface of a radiating fin of the LED lamp radiator through spraying, dipping, electrophoresis, chemical vapor deposition and other modes. Under the same testing condition, the radiating capacity is promoted by 10 to 12 percent compared with the anode oxidation treatment and is promoted by 5 to 7 percent compared with the block coloration treatment. Because of the promotion of the radiating capacity, the weight of an LED lamp shell (the radiator) can be manufactured to be lighter under the condition of unchanged radiating capacity. The LED lamp radiator manufactured by the method has the obvious advantages of high radiating efficiency, energy conservation, light weight, reliable performance and the like.
