Embodiment

[0072] Taking a field-line coupling system in an airborne environment as an example, its field-line coupling physical model and equivalent circuit model are as follows: figure 1 ,literature figure 2 shown. The parameters in the equivalent circuit model are: l=2m, d=0.02m, Z 0 = Z 1 = Z 2 =300Ω, α=0 0 , ψ=60 0 , φ=0 0 ,E 0 = 3.2 μV / m. The spectral structure of the incident plane electromagnetic wave is as follows: Figure 4 , the horizontal axis is the frequency (the unit is GHz, the range is [0.7GHz, 1GHz]), and the vertical axis is the power amplitude (the unit is dBmW).

[0073] According to the spectrum structure of the incident plane electromagnetic wave, the field-line coupling physical model, and the equivalent circuit model, by comparing the frequency f of the incident electromagnetic wave 0 The wavelength λ corresponding to ∈[0.7GHz, 1GHz] 0 ∈[0.4286m, 0.3m] and transmission cable length l=2m satisfy the model relationship l≥λ 0 / 4, get the high-freque...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting coupling response of transmission cables excited by plane electromagnetic waves. The method is based on a frequency spectrum structure, a field-line coupling physical model and an equivalent circuit model of the incident plane electromagnetic waves and compares the relation of the wavelength gamma 0 of the incident waves with a model met by the length 1 of the transmission cables, thereby respectively obtaining a low-frequency lumped parameter model L(E<inc>,1) and a high-frequency distributed parameter model H(E0, fi, 1, d, alpha, psi and phi); then a first current response I low and a second current response I high are output after the respective treatment of the two models, and the coupling response of the transmission cables is finally obtained after overlapping the first current response I low and the second current response I high. The method simplifies the field-to-line frequency band coupling to the frequency point coupling by seeking peak response frequency points and combines the road model and the distributed parameter model, thereby being capable of rapidly obtaining the response of terminal current of the transmission cables excited by any plane electromagnetic wave. The method simplifies the filed-line coupling problem under the complicated electromagnetic environment and simultaneously provides the reference for the design of equipment-level electromagnetic compatibility and system-level electromagnetic compatibility.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a transmission cable coupling response detection method under planar electromagnetic wave excitation, and belongs to the technical field of electromagnetic compatibility. Background technique [0002] In electrical or electronic equipment, transmission cables (cables or wires) are used to connect two different pieces of equipment to form a field-circuit coupling system (see figure 1 As shown), the transmission cable is used in the field-road coupling system to realize the effective transmission of energy and information between devices. With the wide application of digital devices and integrated circuits, electronic devices are particularly sensitive to space electromagnetic fields, and the electromagnetic interference generated by space electromagnetic fields through the electromagnetic coupling of transmission cables has been widely concerned by people. [0003] At present, for the analysis of field-line coupled systems, the...
