Abstract

The invention relates to a forming process for a recyclable insulating mat of a mixed fiber floor of a load-carrying vehicle. The forming process is characterized by comprising: mixing 35 to 40 weight portions of polyester fibers, 25 to 30 weight portions of acrylic fibers, 25 to 30 weight portions of polyamide fibers and 10 to 15 weight portions of polypropylene fibers; and spreading mixed fiber sheets, spreading ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer (EVA), spreading aluminium foils, heating by an oven, mould cold pressing, trimming and obtaining the finished product, wherein the temperature of the oven is kept at 160+/-5DEC C for 20 minutes and the forming pressure is 4kg/m<2>. The process saves two procedures of spreading non-woven fabrics and glue spreading, avoids mould heating, forms directly at normal temperature, and reduces material cost and manufacturing cost.
