Embodiment 1

[0027] This example is the in-situ monitoring of the release of soluble phosphorus from the litter of Pinus sylvestris sylvestris plantation:

[0028] 1) Selection and pretreatment of ion exchange resin:

[0029] In this embodiment, Amberjet (Rohm and Haas) 4200Cl gel strongly basic anion exchange resin particles are selected. Dilute the resin pellets with 0.5mol L before use -1 NaHCO 3 (pH=8.5) shake and extract twice (30min each time), replace with HCO 3 - Type resin particles, after removing excess moisture, seal and store for later use.

[0030] The test of resin adsorption capacity and nutrient recovery rate: first put 5g resin particles into a nylon mesh bag with a pore size of 80 mesh and sew it well, and then prepare standard solutions of phosphorus with different concentration gradients (concentrations are 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 40mg mL -1 ), put a processed resin bag and 50mL phosphorus standard solutions of different concentrations into each conical flask, take...

Embodiment 2

[0038] This example is the in-situ monitoring of the release of nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen from the litter of Pinus sylvestris sylvestris plantation:

[0039] The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is:

[0040] 1) The resin bag is loaded with 10g of Amberlite IR-120 and IRA-400 resin particles mixed in a ratio of 1:1.5, and the resin particles do not need to be pretreated before use; resin adsorption capacity and nutrient recovery rate The assay method is the same as in Example 1, except that the reagents used are nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen standards.

[0041]2) The content of nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen adsorbed by resin is 2mol L -1 After leaching with KCl shaking for 1 hour, measure it with a flow analyzer.

Embodiment 3

[0043] The difference between this embodiment and the above embodiment is that the resin bag made of ion exchange resin membrane is directly used to monitor the release of soluble nutrients from litter decomposition in situ.

Abstract

The invention discloses an in situ monitoring method of the release amount of dissoluble nutrients in decomposed litters. The in situ monitoring method comprises the following steps: firstly, selecting resin granules or resin membranes as ion exchange resin, and making resin granules or resin membranes into a resin bag; then, burying the resin bag under the litters on the surface of a sample plot and taking the resin bag after a period of time to measure adsorbed nutrient amount; and finally, according to the area, adsorbed nutrient amount and field burying time of the resin bag, calculating the content of dissoluble nutrients released by decomposed litters inside sample plot per unit area within the period of time. The in situ monitoring method has simple operation and can realize actual, accurate and dynamic monitoring of the release amount of dissoluble nutrients in decomposed litters on ground surface under natural conditions; moreover, the method is suitable for measuring the content of nutrient elements existing in any terrestrial ecosystem in the form of anion and cation and released into soil by decomposed litters on ground surface.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the key process of nutrient cycle in the ecosystem—the in-situ monitoring method of the soluble nutrient release amount of litter decomposition, specifically a method for monitoring the soluble nutrient released from surface litter decomposition into soil by using ion exchange resin in the field. Nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, calcium, magnesium and other nutrients in the form of anions and cations. Background technique [0002] Litter decomposition is a key link in the nutrient cycle of forest ecosystems, and it plays an important role in maintaining soil nutrient availability and nutrient balance. It is estimated that the annual release of nutrients during the decomposition of plant litter can meet 69% to 87% of the forest growth requirements. With the intensification of global climate change, forest litter decomposition has received increasing attention. [0003] Although decomposition is a complex proces...
