The preparation process is as follows: extruding semi-finished products: at first, selecting a rubber extruder (pin barrel cold-feed extruder is preferred) having a screw with the length-diameter ratio of 11-15, wherein, temperature of the extruder at various sections is as follows: diehead temperature is 70-90 DEG C, temperature of extrusion section is 65-85 DEG C, temperature of plasticization section is 65-85 DEG C and the temperature of feed section is 60-80 DEG C; selecting a proper machine needle and a proper exit die to ensure size of the rubber tube according to size of the finished rubber tube; vulcanizing for molding by the steam vulcanizer: sheathing the semi-finished products on a mandrel with fixed specification and pushing into the steam vulcanizer for vulcanization, wherein, the vulcanization is performed at the temperature of 150-170 DEG C for 15-40min.
