The waste water inlet of the first grade waste water pool is connected with the outlet of a waste water inlet channel; the first grade waste water pool is filled with clean water and further added with the processing agent of the stone grinder at the inlet thereof; water pumped from the waste water pools by a water pump is reclaimed from an outlet of the water pump to a mechanical cooling water device of the stone grinder by pipelines; and the rock ballast is collected.
