The infectious disease pathogens comprise chlamydia pneumoniae, haemophilus influenzae, mycoplasma pneumoniae, pneumoniae streptococcus and legionella pneumophila. The method comprises the following steps: expanding nucleic acid fragments of the biological sample, and detecting the nucleic acid fragments by using a probe.
