The HE and CPEs in the system realize point (NC) to multi-point (CPE) data communication through the coaxial cable of a cable television operator, the HE is used as the headend of the system, which is arranged in a passageway or an equipment box to realize high-speed data communication among CPEs and coordinate data communication and bandwidth management of various CPEs; the whole system adopts a WiFi signal subject to down conversion, and a data packet is compatible with the WiFi standard.
