Abstract

The invention relates to a denitrification process of waste water. The denitrification process comprises the following steps: online monitoring is performed on pH value of the waste water in an aerobic pool by a pH meter in the pool, and the pH value is controlled at the range of 7.4-8.3; and the online monitoring is performed on dissolved oxygen concentration of the waste water in the pool by an online dissolved oxygen analyzer in the aerobic pool, and then rotating speed of a blower is adjusted by a frequency converter so as to adjust aeration rate, thus controlling the dissolved oxygen concentration at 0.5mg/L-1mg/L. The denitrification process has the following advantages: saving energy: oxygen supply can be lowered by about 25% in the nitrification process, thus reducing energy consumption; reducing external carbon source: 40% of organic carbon source can be reduced in the denitrification process; and being capable of reducing excess sludge production amount: 24%-33% of the sludge to be produced can be reduced in the short-cut nitrification process and 50% of the sludge to be produced can be reduced in the denitrification process.
