Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation technology of an environment-friendly chlorohydrin rubber. The preparation technology is realized by a formula and a preparation process flow. In the preparation technology, combination of environment-friendly magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate and a 2,4,6-trithiol thiotriazine vulcanizing system is adopted to substitute combination of lead tetraoxide and a 1,2-ethidenethiourea vulcanizing system, which is matched with a technical proposal of the corresponding formula and the corresponding preparation process, thus avoiding the problems of toxicity, harmfulness and environmental pollution as well as not meeting ELV directive requirements in the prior art. Temperature-resistant and oil-resistant rubber products which are made from the environment-friendly chlorohydrin rubber prepared by the preparation technology of the environment-friendly chlorohydrin rubber are nontoxic, harmless and environmental friendly, and meet the ELV directive requirements on the premise of meeting various mechanical strength indexes and physicochemical indexes.
