The invention relates to a multi-cyclic treatment method for wool scouring wastewater; 0.02 to 0.08 weight percent of bleaching powder and 0.5 to 2 weight percent of quicklime are utilized as reagents to carry out chemical reactions of saponification, demulsification and coacervation on the wool scouring wastewater; through the steam heating and stirring and the current acceleration by the rotation of a central tower, the reagents and the wastewater are fully mixed and repeatedly circulated in a reaction vessel, the central tower and a treatment pool to accelerate the reaction speed; suspended substances in the wool scouring wastewater are rapidly precipitated; and the wastewater is subjected to precipitation by a first treatment pool, centrifugal water separation by the central tower andstatic precipitation and water separation by a precipitation pool to obtain a clear water without mud and odour. The used reagents have wide source and low prices; the treatment process is simple andeffective; equipment is simple and cheap; filtering equipment and separation equipment with complex structures and expensive prices are not needed; the treated water is totally recycled; and dry mud accumulated in a drying yard has no harmful substance and can be used as fertilizer or filling.
