Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, the aluminum substrates for the preparation of porous alumina membranes all use high-purity or ultra-high (purity is more than 99.99%) aluminum sheets, but because the cost of high-purity aluminum is too high, it is not conducive to industrial production; and the cost of industrial pure aluminum is relatively low. Experimental conditions, the use of industrial pure aluminum to prepare porous alumina membranes with excellent porosity will have important practical value in the research and adsorption of nanostructure assembly systems

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a porous anodic alumina film by using industrial pure aluminum. By controlling process conditions such as voltage, electrolyte category, temperature, concentration and the like, a nano-scale porous alumina template with narrow diameter distribution range is prepared. The method is carried out in ice-water bath, and has the advantages of low used raw material cost, simple equipment, convenient operation and easy control; and the hole diameter of the alumina template obtained by the method is about 50 to 60 nanometers, and is evenly distributed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing a porous anodic aluminum oxide film by utilizing industrial pure aluminum. Background technique [0002] At present, the aluminum substrates for the preparation of porous alumina membranes all use high-purity or ultra-high (purity is more than 99.99%) aluminum sheets, but because the cost of high-purity aluminum is too high, it is not conducive to industrial production; and the cost of industrial pure aluminum is relatively low. Under the experimental conditions, the use of industrial pure aluminum to prepare porous alumina membranes with excellent porosity will have important practical value in the research and adsorption of nanostructure assembly systems. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing uniformly distributed and ordered nanoporous anodized aluminum with a purity of 99.0%-99.9% as a matrix, oxalic acid as an electrolyte, and se...
