The linear voltage regulator is characterized by further comprising an NMOS output tube and a forward voltage boosting charge pump circuit, wherein, the NMOS output tube is configured for receiving a voltage signal output by the drive circuit (Buffer) and providing corresponding current to the load; and the forward voltage boosting charge pump circuit is configured for receiving a voltage signal VIN from other than the linear voltage regulator and supplying power to the drive circuit (Buffer).
