The invention relates to a symbiotic germination method of Chinese cymbidium hybrid seeds and bacteria, and the symbiotic germination inoculation is performed under there conditions: (a) after seeds are sowed, bacteria are inoculated immediately, and the mode of immediate inoculation can reduce the germination time of the seeds, thus the seeds can germinate early, the germination rate is high, and sprouts are regular; (b) if the aseptic sowing effect is poor, namely no seeds or few seeds germinate more than one year, the bacteria are inoculated when the sprouts are irregular, the bacteria areinoculated for 4-13 months as long as the seeds does not lose viability, then a large amount of seeds germinate for 4-10 months; and (c) the aseptic germination and the bacterial symbiotic germination are simultaneously adopted in the sowing process, wherein for the hybrid seeds which are easy to germinate, the aseptic intermediate propagule can be obtained simultaneously for aseptic culture conveniently; and for the hybrid seeds which are difficult to germinate or have poor germination effect, the invention can also ensure that the ideal germination effect can be obtained in the shortest time.
