Abstract

The invention discloses a deaerator assembling method, which comprises the following steps of: (1) laying hauling tracks on a deaerator platform; (2) sequentially and respectively lifting two sections of deaerator cylinder bodies onto the tracks; (3) hauling the deaerator cylinder bodies to an assembling position; (4) jacking up the deaerator cylinder bodies, assembling permanent supports and then assembling the deaerator cylinder bodies on the permanent supports; and (5) combining the two sections of deaerator cylinder bodies into a whole. The assembling process of the invention is simpler than that of the prior art. If the preparation work is ready, the deaerator can be lifted and hauled to the assembling position in two days. Therefore, the method has the advantages of greatly shortening the assembling time, at least shortening the construction period by 1.5 months from the original construction period and saving investment, time, manpower and material resources.
