Embodiment 1

[0011] After pushing the molded R60702 zirconium pipe fittings, heat up to 300°C at a heating rate of 100°C / hour, keep warm for 30-40 minutes, then cool down at a cooling rate of 100°C / hour for 40 minutes, and then take it out of the furnace and air cool it at 200°C (2) The annealed pipe fittings are pickled and passivated in a pickling solution whose volume ratio is composed of 3% hydrofluoric acid, 15% nitric acid, and the balance is water.

Embodiment 2

[0013] The pushed-formed TA2 titanium pipe fittings are heated up at a heating rate of 200°C / hour, and the holding temperature is 400°C. After 30 minutes of heat preservation, the temperature is lowered at a cooling rate of 200°C / hour, and the conditions are air-cooled at 200°C. (2) carry out pickling passivation in the pickling solution that the volume ratio is composed of 10% hydrofluoric acid, 30% nitric acid, and the balance is water with the pipe fitting after the annealing treatment. White passivation is done.

Embodiment 3

[0015] The pushed-formed N6 titanium pipe fittings are heated up at a heating rate of less than 180°C / hour, and the holding temperature is 380°C. After 35 minutes of heat preservation, the temperature is lowered at a cooling rate of less than 180°C / hour, and the air-cooled one is released at 180°C. Under conditions, carry out annealing treatment; (2) carry out pickling and passivation in the pickling solution that the volume ratio is composed of 8% hydrofluoric acid, 20% nitric acid, and the balance is water after the pipe fittings after annealing treatment, treat that pipe fittings are integrated Silver-white passivated finish.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for processing corrosion resistant non-ferrous metal pipe fittings, in particular to a method which is used for processing the corrosion resistant non-ferrous metal pipe fittings, especially titanium, nickel, zirconium and titanium-nickel-zirconium alloy pipe fittings, thereby improving the corrosion resistant performance. The method is characterized in that the process method comprises the steps of: (1) after pushing the pipe fittings to be molded, adopting the heating rate of 150-200 DEG C / h, and performing heat preservation for 30-40min at the temperature of 350-400 DEG C; and reducing the temperature to be 150-200 DEG C at the speed of 150-200 DEG C / h, and performing annealing treatment under the condition of natural air cooling; and (2) after the annealing treatment, performing pickling passivation on the pipe fittings in pickling solution comprising the components by volume ratio: 3-10% of hydrofluoric acid, 15-30% of nitric acid and the rest ofwater. The treatment method can further improve the corrosion resistant performance of the non-ferrous metal pipe fittings by the pickling passivation, so as to finally achieve the aim of prolonging the service life of the non-ferrous metal pipe fittings, thus effectively prolonging the corrosion resistant service life of the pipe fittings and reducing the production operating cost.

Description

technical field [0001] A treatment method for corrosion-resistant non-ferrous metal pipe fittings relates to a treatment method for improving corrosion-resistant performance of corrosion-resistant non-ferrous metal pipe fittings, especially titanium, nickel, zirconium and alloy pipe fittings. Background technique [0002] Non-ferrous metal pipe fittings are usually used in occasions that require corrosion resistance. Different non-ferrous metals are used according to different operating conditions, generally titanium, nickel, zirconium, tantalum and their alloys. At present, the production of non-ferrous metal pipe fittings is mostly applied directly after pushing (pressing) forming, sandblasting or pickling. Due to the use at different temperatures and different media, the pipe fittings are often corroded to varying degrees, and the service life of the pipe fittings is short, resulting in high production and operation costs. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose...
