Abstract

The invention relates to a polysilicon solar cell. The front surface (illuminated surface) of the polysilicon solar cell is an N-type area and is provided with a grating-shaped metal silver electrode;and the backlight surface of the solar cell is provided with a metal bottom silver electrode and an Al-back field. The silver electrodes of the front surface and the backlight surface are in ohmic contact with the N-type area and a P-type polysilicon substrate respectively, and the whole front surface is uniformly covered with an antireflection film. The method for preparing the solar cell comprises the following steps: realizing a honeycomb-shaped design on the front surface of a silicon wafer by SiN4 protection, laser drilling and wool preparation by acid; and depositing the antireflectionfilm on the front surface of the cell by plasma chemical vapor deposition to reduce the reflection of blue light at maximum and improve the response ability of the solar cell in the short wavelength range.
