Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method and a device of raw materials needed in preparing acetic anhydride by carbonylation. The method comprises the following steps: adding the acetic acid, liquid catalyst and methanol into a reaction rectification tower respectively from the upper part, the middle-lower part and the lower part of the reaction rectification tower to carry out esterificationreaction and rectify and separate the products; introducing the materials at the bottom part of the rectification tower to a recovery tower from the central part of the recovery tower, and separatingand recycling methanol and water which contains catalyst; introducing the products on the top part of the reaction rectification tower into a dosing kettle; adding methyl iodide, acetic acid and acetic anhydride into the dosing kettle; and carrying out mixing pretreatment at the temperature of 70-100 DEG C to obtain the raw materials which are needed in preparing acetic anhydride by carbonylationand contain methyl acetate, acetic acid, methyl iodide and methanol.
