Embodiment 1

[0034] Embodiment 1: the preparation of low carbon asphalt mixture AC-13 (do not add fiber stabilizer)

[0035] (1) Detection of performance of low carbon agent modified asphalt, selection of aggregate and gradation

[0036] In this example, the dosage of low-carbon agent is 3%, and the binder is 70# matrix asphalt. The required 70# matrix asphalt is required to meet the relevant requirements of "Technical Specifications for Highway Asphalt Pavement Construction" (JTG F40-2004). Firstly, the basic performance of the modified asphalt mixed with low carbon agent was tested, and the test results are shown in Table 1.

[0063] Embodiment 2: the preparation of low-carbon asphalt mixture SMA-13 (add fiber stabilizer)

[0064] (1) Detection of properties of low carbon agent modified asphalt, selection of fiber stabilizer, aggregate and gradation

[0065] In this example, the dosage of low-carbon agent is 5%, and the binder is SBS modified asphalt. The selected SBS modified asphalt is required to meet the relevant requirements of "Technical Specifications for Highway Asphalt Pavement Construction" (JTG F40-2004). Firstly, the basic properties of the modified asphalt mixed with low carbon agent were tested, and the test results are shown in Table 6.

[0068]

[0069] The coarse aggregate used is diabase, the fine aggregate is limestone, and the filler is mineral powder obtained by grinding limestone. After inspection, they all meet the relevant requirements of "Technical Specifications ...

Embodiment 3

[0082] Embodiment 3: Preparation of low-carbon asphalt mixture OGFC-13

[0083] (1) Detection of performance of low carbon agent modified asphalt, selection of aggregate and gradation

[0084] In this example, the dosage of low-carbon agent is 6.5%, and the binder is 70# matrix asphalt. The required 70# matrix asphalt is required to meet the relevant requirements of "Technical Specifications for Highway Asphalt Pavement Construction" (JTG F40-2004). Firstly, the basic properties of the modified asphalt mixed with low carbon agent were tested, and the test results are shown in Table 10.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of highways and urban roads, and in particular relates to a preparation method of a low-carbon asphalt mixture. The preparation method comprises the concrete step of directly adding a low-carbon agent into modified asphalt or substrate asphalt, which reduces the emission of carbon dioxide, the mixing temperature and the paving temperature of the asphalt mixture and the consumption of energy sources. The mixing temperature is generally 110-140DEG C and the compaction temperature is generally 80-100DEG C; and compared with the hot mixing asphalt mixture, the emission of the carbon dioxide is reduced by over 45 percent and the consumption of the energy sources can be reduced by 12-18 percent. The preparation method can play roles of reducing the emission of the carbon dioxide and saving the energy sources, is a preparation method of the asphalt mixture with greenness, environmental protection and energy saving and can be applied to paving the urban roads, various grades of highways and other pavement engineering.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of roads and urban roads, and in particular relates to a preparation method of low-carbon asphalt mixture. Background technique [0002] At present, air pollution and energy shortage are common challenges faced by mankind. Climate scientists say the world must stop increasing greenhouse gas emissions and start reducing them between 2015 and 2020, as scientists estimate that global greenhouse gas emissions will need to be reduced by 100% by 2050 if the global average temperature is to rise by 2°C. 80% of 1990 levels. How to protect the living environment and save natural resources while developing the economy has become a topic faced by countries all over the world. As early as September 8, 2007, at the 15th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders' Meeting, Chinese President Hu Jintao clearly advocated "developing a low-carbon economy" based on a highly responsible attitude towards human beings and...
