Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: 1) purifying CO2 in the exhaust gas discharged in the industrialization process; 2) reducing the purified CO2 through electrochemical solidification to small organic molecules; and 3) using the small organic molecules obtained through reduction to perform the discharging reaction of the fuel cell so as to convert chemical energy to electric energy for direct application. By using the method of the invention, the CO2 discharge amount of the industrialization process can be reduced more effectively and the global warming effect can be relieved. Compared with the existing CO2 solidification technologies such as the deep-sea burial mode, the method of the invention can completely convert CO2 to small organic molecules and avoid the possibility that the solidified CO2 is released to the atmosphere again.
