Slide slope greenbelt plants are irrigated by raising a river while a vegetation-microorganism-soil system in the riparian zone is utilized to intercept and purify pollutants in the rising river, and the purified water body reenters a riverway. The influent mode of the invention has strong suitability to the water quantity and the water quality and has stable and reliable water quantity purification effect, low engineering investment and operation cost, simple operation maintenance and management and obvious purification effect on the micropolluted riverway. The riverway water body not only is an irrigation water source for the slide slope greenbelt vegetation in the riparian zone to supply irrigation water for the greenbelt plants, but also saves water resources and the conservation cost of the greenbelt plants.
