Embodiment 1

[0016] An aqueous coating for cigarette forming paper containing porous starch. The raw materials used are: 100 g of water, 10 g of porous starch, 5 g of carboxymethyl cellulose, and 3 g of guar gum; the above raw materials are prepared according to the following steps to obtain the aqueous coating for cigarette forming paper : heating water to 60 DEG C, stirring porous starch, carboxymethyl cellulose, and guar gum with water to fully dissolve and mature it, and obtaining a cross-linking mixed liquid, which is an aqueous coating for cigarette forming paper.

Embodiment 2

[0018] An aqueous coating for cigarette forming paper containing porous starch. The raw materials used are: 100 g of water, 20 g of porous starch, 15 g of carboxymethyl cellulose, and 12 g of guar gum; the above raw materials are prepared according to the following steps to obtain the aqueous coating for cigarette forming paper : heating water to 100 DEG C, stirring porous starch, carboxymethyl cellulose, and guar gum with water to make them fully dissolve and ripen to obtain a cross-linking mixed liquid, which is an aqueous coating for cigarette forming paper.

Embodiment 3

[0020] An aqueous coating for cigarette forming paper containing porous starch. The raw materials used are: 100 g of water, 30 g of porous starch, 6 g of carboxymethyl cellulose, and 4 g of guar gum; the above raw materials are prepared according to the following steps to obtain the aqueous coating for cigarette forming paper : heating water to 70 DEG C, stirring porous starch, carboxymethyl cellulose, and guar gum with water to fully dissolve and ripen, and obtaining a cross-linking mixed liquid, which is an aqueous coating for cigarette forming paper.

Abstract

The invention provides a porous-starch-containing water-based paint for cigarette wrapping paper, aiming to the improve the condition that at present, the function of wrapping paper is only limited to binding up tobacco shreds and has no direct effect on reducing harms and improving the taste of the cigarettes. The water-based paint comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of water, 8-30 parts of porous starch, 5-15 parts of carboxymethylcellulose and 3-12 parts of guar gum. The water-based paint is prepared from the following steps of: heating water up to 60-100 DEG C; and sufficiently stirring the mixture of the porous starch, the carboxymethylcellulose and the guar gum with the water to prepare a crosslinking mixed liquor so as to obtain the water-based paint for the cigarette wrapping paper. The water-based paint for the cigarette wrapping paper can be better adhered on the wrapping paper so as to reduce harmful substances in cigarette smoke; because the water is used as the solvent, volatile organic solvent residues do not exist after coating; and the water-based paint has the advantages of energy saving, safety without pollution and safer suction.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a coating for processed finished paper. Background technique [0002] As we all know, cigarette smoke contains a variety of harmful substances. After smoking, these harmful ingredients deposit in the human body and cause various diseases in the lungs, respiratory tract, stomach and other organs. Although everyone knows that smoking is harmful to health, cigarettes have a refreshing effect. , various functions of refreshing the brain, proper smoking can excite people, inspire inspiration, and improve work efficiency, so it is still difficult for smokers to quit smoking. [0003] Porous starch, also known as microporous starch, is a tar reducing and harm reducing agent with high-efficiency adsorption performance made from natural plant raw materials and processed by modern bioengineering technology. It is a porous honeycomb product formed by the action of the enzyme with raw amylase activity on raw starch at a temperature lower ...
