Embodiment 1

[0010] The method that the present invention improves the production of white carbon black in the vanadium leaching alkali leaching of stone coal roasting is:

[0011] a. Add mass ratio of 12% sodium hydroxide to calcined stone coal powder (i.e. particle size below 20um), and keep stirring for 2-4 hours at a pressure of 0.6mpa and a temperature of 170°C to obtain water glass;

[0012] B, conventional preparation of white carbon black with the water glass obtained in said step a. The filtrate from which the white carbon black was extracted and the washing liquid of the white carbon black filter cake were used for vanadium extraction.

Embodiment 2

[0014] a. Add 10% sodium hydroxide by mass ratio to the calcined stone coal powder (that is, the particle size is below 20um, or above -160 mesh), and the pressure is 0.2mpa and the temperature is 200°C, and the stirring is maintained for 3 hours to obtain water Glass;

[0015] B, conventional preparation of white carbon black with the water glass obtained in said step a. The filtrate from which the white carbon black was extracted and the washing liquid of the white carbon black filter cake were used for vanadium extraction.

Embodiment 3

[0017] a. Add 15% sodium hydroxide by mass ratio to the calcined stone coal powder (i.e., the particle size is below 20um), and keep stirring for 2-4 hours at a pressure of 1mpa and a temperature of 180°C to obtain water glass;

[0018] B, conventional preparation of white carbon black with the water glass obtained in said step a. The filtrate from which the white carbon black was extracted and the washing liquid of the white carbon black filter cake were used for vanadium extraction.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for increasing the output of white carbon black in vanadium extraction through stone coal roasting and alkali leaching. In order to overcome the defects of low extraction amount of the white carbon black in the vanadium extraction through stone coal blank roasting and alkali leaching and the like, the method comprises the following steps of: adding sodium hydroxide into roasting stone coal powder in the mass ratio of 10-15%, and stirring for 24 h under the pressure of 0.2-1 MPa at the temperature of 120-200 DEG C to obtain water glass; and preparing white carbon black from the obtained water glass by using a conventional method, and extracting vanadium from the filtrate subjected to white carbon black extraction. When used for extracting the white carbon black in the vanadium extraction through stone coal roasting and alkali leaching, the method greatly improves reaction efficiency and quality, and the extraction rate of carbon dioxide in the stone coal reaches 35-40% and is increased by more than 7 times as compared with the prior art.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for increasing the extraction amount of white carbon black in vanadium leaching by baking soda of stone coal, in particular to a method for increasing the yield of white carbon black in soda leaching vanadium by roasting stone coal. Background technique [0002] Extracting white carbon black in the vanadium extraction of stone coal blank roasting alkali is another invention application of the applicant, and its disadvantage is that the extraction rate of silicon dioxide in stone coal is low, only 5%, making the stone coal comprehensive The potential of utilization is underutilized. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention will overcome above-mentioned weak point exactly, provide a kind of method that improves the production of white carbon black in the vanadium leaching of stone coal roasting alkali quantity. [0004] For achieving the above object, technical scheme of the present inv...
