Abstract

The invention relates to a method for rapidly preparing amphipathic soluble chitosan. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: performing ultrasonic processing on chitosan dispersed in concentrated alkaline solution by using ultrasonic wave to obtain a mixture; and repeatedly washing the obtained mixture by using distilled water, and filtering and drying to obtain the amphipathic soluble chitosan. In the method, the amphipathic soluble chitosan can be rapidly prepared in a short time (2 to 4 h), the used raw materials are simple and can be obtained easily, and the defects of various raw materials, multistep reaction, longer time (15 to 40 h), complex preparation process and higher cost of the conventional method for preparing the amphipathic soluble chitosan are overcome. The method has wide application prospect in the aspects of preparing the amphipathic soluble chitosan and forming the chitosan.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing acid-base amphoteric soluble chitosan, in particular to a method for rapidly preparing acid-base amphoteric soluble chitosan. Background technique [0002] Chitosan is the only alkaline polysaccharide in nature. It is an environmentally friendly and renewable green resource. It has good biocompatibility, biodegradability, and has the characteristics of non-toxic, moisturizing, breathable, antibacterial and mothproof. It can be widely used in Medical, health care textiles, food and environmental protection and many other aspects. However, there are strong hydrogen bonds between chitosan molecules, so that it can only be processed by solution method. The commonly used processing method is to dissolve chitosan in dilute acid first, and then form it in alkali. However, the β(1→4) glycosidic bond of chitosan is very unstable in acid and easily degraded, resulting in poor mechanical properties of processed ch...
