Abstract

The invention discloses method and device for modifying low-quality heavy oil. According to a catalytic cracking device, a fluidization low-quality heavy oil modifying process is formed by arranging a low-quality heavy oil modifying reactor and using a carbon deposit to-be-generated catalyst as a heat carrier. The to-be-generated catalyst from a catalytic cracking lifting pipe reactor is mixed with a regenerated catalyst from a regenerator to be used as the heat carrier entering the low-quality heavy oil modifying reactor for reacting with low-quality fed materials to generate an oil gas, the oil gas enters a fractionating column, and the separated catalyst enters the regenerator for regeneration for circulating. The device comprises a catalytic cracking lifting pipe reactor (1), a to-be-generated catalyst conveying pipe (5), a catalyst mixer (9), a low-quality heavy oil modifying reactor and a regenerator (6). Under the premise of no influence on the distribution and the quality of catalytic cracking products, the invention achieves the purpose of a low-quality heavy oil fluidization heat modification process, and is suitable for secondary processing on the low-quality heavy oil raw material with low content of heavy metals (Ni+V).
