Embodiment 1

Abstract

The invention discloses a high / medium-oil hydrocracking catalyst and a preparation method thereof. The catalysts comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 25 to 45 percent of bamboo charcoal, 25 to 45 percent of Al2O3, 10 to 30 percent of group VIB metal counted by oxide and 4 to 10 percent of group VIII metal counted by oxide. The preparation method of the catalyst comprises the following steps of: performing acid treatment on the bamboo charcoal; modifying the bamboo charcoal and an alumina precursor together; and leaching an active metal component. The hydrocracking catalyst has high hydrogenation activity, moderate cracking activity and high medium oil selectivity. Compared with the prior art, the hydrocracking catalyst takes low-price bamboo charcoal and alumina as raw materials, organically combines weakly acid bamboo charcoal with the alumina through an appropriate preparation process so as to generate a new acid center and is suitable to be taken as a hydrocracking carrier material.
