Abstract

The invention discloses an anticaking agent for a powdery compound fertilizer as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The anticaking agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 75-95 percent of inorganic powder and 5-25 percent of modifier, wherein the inorganic powder is one or a mixture of some of talc powder, white carbon black, diatomaceous earth or calcined kaolin; and the modifier is one or a mixture of some of alkylamine with 4-25 carbon atoms, acetate or hydrochloride and the like of the alkylamine, fatty acid with 4-25 carbon atoms, stearate with 4-25 carbon atoms, alkylbenzene sulfonate with 4-25 carbon atoms, alkyl sulfate with 4-25 carbon atoms, paraffin wax or alkanol with 4-25 carbon atoms. The preparation method of the anticaking agent for the compound fertilizer comprises the following steps of: grinding the inorganic powder to 500-2,000 meshes; adding the ground inorganic powder and the modifier into a powder modification machine; controlling the temperature between 75 DEG C and 85 DEG C; stirring for 20-30 minutes; and modifying and cooling to obtain the anticaking agent for the powdery compound fertilizer. The anticaking agent for the powdery compound fertilizer has the advantages of low cost, convenience of adding and using, benefits to popularization and use as well as environmental protection, biodegradability of the modifier, no pollution to lands, good anticaking effect and capability of ensuring that the fertilizer is not caked within 3-6 months.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an anti-caking agent, in particular to an anti-caking agent for powder compound fertilizer. Background technique [0002] Inorganic salts generally have a certain degree of hygroscopicity. When different inorganic salts are mixed together, the hygroscopicity of the mixture is much lower than that of the inorganic salts in the mixture, so the mixed inorganic salts are easier to absorb moisture. Agglomeration, and various chemical fertilizer products contain inorganic salts with different hygroscopicity, so they all have certain hygroscopicity, but there are certain differences between different varieties, but they all easily absorb moisture in the air, causing fertilizer agglomeration, Hardening affects the appearance and quality of the fertilizer to a certain extent, and also brings a lot of inconvenience to storage, transportation and application. Due to the agglomeration, the agglomerated fertilizer needs to be smashed to fa...
