The biological organic fertilizer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 to 100 parts of a microbial fermentation composition, 15 to 20 parts of urea, 5 to 10 parts of calcium hydrogen phosphate and 3 to 5 parts of potassium chloride, wherein the microbial fermentation composition is obtained by performing medium-temperature aerobic composting treatment on a microbial mixed bacterial agent, a combined enzyme agent, an organic raw material and water according to the weightratio of (1-1.5):(0.5-1):100:(10-20) at 25 to 50 DEG C; the microbial mixed bacterial agent comprises bacillus subtilis, bacillus megatherium, bacillus mucilaginosus, bacillus cereus, bacillus licheniformis, aspergillus niger, aspergillus oryzae and bacillus thuringiensis; the combined enzyme agent is a mixture of protease, cellulase, glucanase, pectinase and lipase; and the organic material is amixture of livestock excrements and straws. According to the design, stink and damage to soil are not liable to occur, and the composting period is short.
