The invention provides a breeding method for inducing paralichthys olivaceus allotriploid by adopting a physical method, comprising the following steps of: regulating and controlling nutrition, temperature and light for the female paralichthys olivaceus and the male paralichthys dentatus so as to promote synchronous mature of the gonads; collecting ova and sperms for artificial fertilization; washing the fertilized ova after 3 minutes after fertilizing, and placing the fertilized ova in a screen bag, and fastening; placing the screen bag in the sea water at 0-2 DEG C for 45 minutes after fertilizing for 5 minutes, then taking out and hatching; identifying ploidy levels of the young fishes; hatching the triploid paralichthys olivaceus fertilized ova; and orderly selecting wheel animalcule, artemia nauplii and the compound feed as the feeds for the young fishes. The young fishes cultured by the invention have characteristics of high survival rate, strong stress resistance, low fertility and the like, and have the advantages of easy field operation, safety, reliability, simple process and the like; and the young fishes cultured by the invention have an important application value for the inducing upon the seawater fish polyploidy and the production of the barren fry, and a wide application and dissemination prospect on culturing and breeding.
