Abstract

The method comprises a gas blowing stage, an upward blowing stage and a downward blowing stage. The three stages are carried out circularly. The method is characterized in that in the gas blowing stage, air is divided into three paths after flowing througha blowing valve to be introduced into the coal gas producer, wherein the first path of air directly enters the coal gas producer from the bottom of the coal gas producer, the second path of air provides the air for combustion of the blowing gas in a combustion barrel pipeline in the coal gas producer and the third path of air provides the air for combustion of the blowing gas on the surface of a carbon layer in the coal gas producer again; and one part of heat generated by combustion is stored inside heat storage fillers and the other part of heat generated by combustion is used for carrying out dry distillation on carbon on the surface of the carbon layer in the coal gas producer. In the invention, by sufficient combustion of the blowing gas, the aims of thickening a dry distillation layer, prolonging the coal dry distillation time, activating the carbon, improving the coal gas quality and increasing the gas production amount are fulfilled, the difficult problem that sensible heat and latent heat of the blowing gas cannot be recovered according to furnaces in the process of gasifying faulty lump coal or moulded coal is solved, a method of preparing power steam from high-quality coal is changed, and the effects of saving energy and reducing consumption are remarkable.
