Embodiment 1

[0012] Use nylon film as the fresh-keeping film to make a 25cm×30cm fresh-keeping bag, and prepare tiny pores with a pore size of 100 μm on the fresh-keeping film, and the hole density is 3-4 per 100cm 2 . Pack 2kg of cherries in this fresh-keeping bag, tie the mouth of the bag tightly and store it in a cold storage at 0-2°C for 60 days. In order to compare the storage effects, two control groups were set up, using ordinary polyethylene plastic wrap with a thickness of 20 and 50 μm, and other conditions were the same. The results after 60 days are shown in the table below.

Embodiment 2

[0016] Use EVOH film as a fresh-keeping film to make a fresh-keeping bag of 16㎝×22㎝, and prepare tiny pores with a pore size of 150 μm on the fresh-keeping film, and the hole density is 2-3 per 100㎝ 2 . Pack 0.5 kg of cherries in this fresh-keeping bag, and place it in a cold storage at 0-2° C. for storage for 60 days after the mouth of the bag is tied tightly. In order to compare the storage effects, two control groups were set up, using ordinary polyethylene plastic wrap with a thickness of 20 and 50 μm, and other conditions were the same. The results after 60 days are shown in the table below.

Abstract

The invention relates to a spontaneous air-adjusting preservation method for cherries. In the method, a nylon film, an EVOH (Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol Copolymer) film, a polypropylene film or a polyethylene preservative film with thickness of 40-80 mum is adopted; 1 -20 tiny air holes are formed in every 100cm<2> of the film; and the aperture of the air holes is between 0.01mm and 2.5mm. The film isprepared into a preservation bag according to size of package for packaging the cherries in a sealing way, and the cherries are placed under an environment with the temperature of 0-2 DEG C to be preserved for 60-90 days, so that fresh fruit rate of the cherries can be kept to be more than 90 percent. By adopting the method, quality of the cherries can be obviously kept, and preservation period can be prolonged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of food preservation, and in particular relates to a method for spontaneous modified atmosphere preservation of cherries. technical background [0002] Spontaneous modified atmosphere preservation of fruits and vegetables is to use a film with certain air permeability to pack harvested fruits and vegetables, rely on the metabolism of fruits and vegetables to reduce the oxygen concentration in the packaging bag, and maintain a certain carbon dioxide concentration in the bag, thereby inhibiting the metabolic process of fruits and vegetables and some microorganisms Growth, the effect of prolonging the fresh-keeping period and reducing storage loss. The currently commonly used plastic wraps are polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride films, which have obvious effects on the modified atmosphere preservation of many fruits and vegetables. But the preservation effect on cherries is not obvious. [0003] Cherry is a f...
