The full-length high-temperature-resistant neutral xylanase gene is 1134bp, named XynG1-1, which encodes 377 amino acids, and its molecular weight is predicted to be 41267Da. Among them, the first 39 amino acids are its signal peptide, the 49th to 235th amino acid is the conserved sequence of GH11 family of glycoside hydrolase, and the 263rd to 377th amino acid is the conserved sequence of carbohydrate binding module CBM6 family. By NCBI sequence similarity comparison, it was found that the highest amino acid sequence similarity with the reported xylanase was 97%, with 14 amino acid differences.
