The novel wideband zero phase shifter comprises an operational amplifier U1, an operational amplifier U2, an operational amplifier U3, an inductor L1, an inductor L2, a resistor R1, a resistor R2, a resistor R3, a resistor R4, a resistor R5, a resistor R6, a microstrip transmission line TL1, a microstrip transmission line TL2 and an electrolytic capacitor C. The resistors R1 and R2, the amplifier U1 and the inductor L1 form an L1 series inductor; the resistors R5 and R6, the amplifier U3 and the inductor L2 form an L2 series inductor; and the resistors R3 and R4, the amplifier U2 and the capacitor C form a C parallel capacitor, and are connected with the microstrip transmission lines TL1 and TL2 in series to form the zero phase shifter.
