Abstract

The invention provides an integrated natural circulating and baffling reactor, which comprises an agent-water mixing device, a reaction tank and an aeration device, wherein the reaction tank comprises a catalytic oxidation tank, an anaerobic tank and an aerobic tank which are arranged sequentially, the catalytic oxidation tank is connected with the rear end of a tube-type mixer, and up-and-down curved baffling channels are formed between the catalytic oxidation tank, anaerobic tank and aerobic tank; filler layers are separately arranged in the catalytic oxidation tank, anaerobic tank and aerobic tank and used for the catalytic oxidation, anaerobic and aerobic reactions; and wastewater is introduced into the reaction tank after being mixed with added hydrogen peroxide through a wastewater inflow pipe, and under the mating action of the aeration device, the wastewater is sequentially treated by catalytic oxidation, anaerobic and aerobic treatment and then discharged. In the reactor provided by the invention, a natural circulating and baffling manner is adopted and the catalytic oxidation, anaerobic and aerobic processes are integrated; and the reactor has the characteristics of compact structure, small occupation area, less energy consumption, low investment, strong shock load resisting capability, low operating cost and stable treatment effect.
