Abstract

The invention relates to a perfusion agent for treating cow endometritis, and further relates to a preparation method for the perfusion agent. Components of each 100 L of the perfusion agent comprise: 5-10 kg of povidone iodine; 5-10 kg of borneol; 0.1-0.5 kg of a suspending agent, the balance of polyethylene glycol-400. The perfusion agent is prepared through the following method: (1) respectively weighing the povidone iodine, the borneol and the suspending agent, then uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture I for later use; (2) adding 40-60 L of the polyethylene glycol-400 to the mixture I while stirring; after uniformly stirring, placing the resulting mixture containing the polyethylene glycol-400 in a grinder to carry out grinding for twice until the drug emulsion fineness is 200 mum to obtain a mixture II; (3) further adding the polyethylene glycol-400 to the mixture II until the total volume is 100 L, uniformly stirring and packing.
