Embodiment

[0038] The shear rate and viscosity ranges of the rheometer used in the present invention are 0.01-4000 1 / s and 1-109 mPa·s respectively. The rheometer has 2 rotors: one is a spindle rotor and the other is a rotor with 4 blades. The rheometer can work in 2 modes: Controlled Shear Rate (CSR) and Controlled Shear Stress (CSS). That is, the speed and torque of the rotor can be automatically adjusted as needed, and the viscosity and shear stress can be automatically calculated by the rheometer through the speed and torque of the rotor, and stored in the computer. The instrument is equipped with a constant temperature water bath device (temperature control range: -20°C to +80°C, error: ±0.1°C), which can keep the sample at a constant temperature during the test.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting honey sources. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) measuring a honey sample into a sample groove special for a rheometer, submerging a rotor of the rheometer into honey, setting the shearing rate range of the rotor and measuring the viscosity value of the honey by using the rotor; (2) adjusting the temperature of a rheometer water bath and measuring the viscosity values of the honey at different temperatures respectively by using the rotor; (3) establishing a main component analysis and clustering analysis mode recognition model by using the viscosity values of the honey sample at different temperatures to perform qualitative analysis on the honey sources; and (4) marking an encoding value for predicting respectively for honey ofdifferent honey sources and establishing a main component regression analysis predictive model by using the viscosity values of the honey sample at different temperatures to perform predictive analysis. During the implementation of the method, preprocessing is not required, so that the experiment steps are simplified, and the reliability and repeatability are enhanced greatly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection method, in particular to a detection method of honey sources. Background technique [0002] Honey is a natural substance that is produced by bees collecting and storing honeydew and sugar from flowers in the hive, and then brewing through a series of fermentations. A variety of factors can affect the quality of honey, and the identification of honey plants and origins is also a very complicated task. [0003] The traditional method is to use a microscope to observe the pollen and raw sugar in honey, but this method is not widely used because it requires skilled technicians. In the past, people used Abbe refractometers, spectrophotometers, high-performance liquid chromatography and PH meters to measure the honey of different plant nectar sources (for example: fir flowers, heather flowers, chestnut flowers, lavender flowers, acacia flowers, rape flowers and sunflowers, etc.) PH value, amylase, hydroxymethylfurfural,...
