Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for automatically controlling the recycling of a catalyst for producing acrylamide. The method comprises the following steps of: pumping waste catalyst primary pulp to a filtering system through a primary pulp feeding system, separating the catalyst in the primary pulp which is filtered by the filtering system, entering a recycling system, and thus obtaining a primary pulp filtered catalyst; repeatedly washing the filtering system, then pumping the obtained primary pulp filtered catalyst to the filtering system again through a pipeline, starting awashing system, injecting desalted water into the filtering system at the same time, filtering through the filtering system to obtain a recyclable filtered catalyst, and entering the recycling system; and washing the filtering system again through the washing system, and discharging materials obtained after the washing to a wastewater system to finish the whole catalyst recycling process.
