Example Embodiment

[0009] The present invention will be further described in detail below in combination with specific embodiments.
[0010] Nanoscale ceramic particles (Zhejiang Zhoushan Mingri Nanomaterials Co., Ltd.); chitosan (purchased from Qingdao Yunzhou Biotechnology Co., Ltd., with a molecular weight of 480,000 and a deacetylation degree of 95), and the fabric is pure cotton white plain weave fabric.
[0011] The concentration of each component of the finishing agent that embodiment 1 to 4 adopts is as shown in table 1:
[0012] Example 1 Example 2 Example 3 Example 4 Chitosan 1.0 2.0 3.0 1.5 sodium sulfate 1.5 2.0 2.5 1.2 Nanoscale Ceramic Particles 10 20 30 50 glacial acetic acid 0.5 0.8 1.5 1.0
[0013] Table 1
[0014] The process of treating the fabric is as follows:
[0015] 1. Preparation of finishing agent: Disperse chitosan powder in acetic acid solution, stir well, add nano-sized ceramic particles, stir well, and set aside;
[0016] 2. Before finishing the fabric, add sodium sulfate to the finishing agent, then immerse in the cotton fabric, cook at 80°C for 30 minutes, take it out and bake it at 100°C for 5 minutes, dry at room temperature for 24 hours, then wash it with acetic acid solution, and dry it at 80°C , weighing. The lower the ultraviolet transmittance, the better the fabric's UV protection effect. The ultraviolet transmittance of cotton fabrics is between 8-11%, and the ultraviolet transmittance of cotton fabrics treated by the present invention is about 1.5.
[0017] The above specific embodiments do not limit the technical solutions of the present invention in any form, and all technical solutions obtained by means of equivalent replacement or equivalent transformation fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
