The invention discloses a method for preparing an insulating antistatic high-reflectivity waterborne coating which is composed of the following components: an epoxy resin, 4-dimethyl aminopyridine, graphene oxide, terpene phenolic resin, acrylic acid, ethylene glycol, butyl acrylate, hydroxy calcium phosphate, magnesium hydroxide whisker, pure water, triethanolamine, polyacetylene, vinyl ester resin, sodium acetate trihydrate, an ethylene glycol aqueous solution, thioacetamide, zinc sulfide, potash, a curing agent, a dispersing agent, a defoamer and a leveling agent. The waterborne solvent coating disclosed by the invention is free of volatile organic compound, compared with other coatings, the coating is small in pollution to the environment and high in reflectivity, and not only can assist a lamp to emit strong and bright light, but also has stable and excellent high reflectivity, and the high-reflectivity waterborne coating additionally has excellent impact resistance and flexibility, is very good in corrosion resistance and ultraviolet resistance and is also simple and convenient to use.
