The invention discloses a preparation method of a paper-based packaging material with an
ultraviolet shielding function. The preparation method comprises the steps of S1, preparing a composite biological
enzyme agent; S2, preparing a mixed pulp board from 70-80 parts by weight of
softwood pulp boards and 20-30 parts by weight of
hardwood pulp boards, adding the mixed pulp board into a pulper, thenadding the composite biological
enzyme agent which is 500ppm-1000ppm relative to the weight of the absolute dry pulp board, and defibering for 5-30 minutes to obtain mixed pulp; S3, feeding the mixedpulp into a refiner, and pulping until the pulping degree is 20-45 degrees SR when the pulping concentration is 3%-4%; and S4, sequentially carrying out
dilution, screening, purification, net forming, squeezing and
drying processes on the paper pulp to obtain raw paper, then putting the raw paper in a vacuum environment to
discharge air in pores of the raw paper, carrying out
coating treatment onthe surface of the raw paper by using an
ultraviolet shielding material,
drying at the temperature of 60-100 DEG C after
coating, and standing for 1-8 seconds to obtain a finished product. Accordingto the invention, the paper-based packaging material not only has beneficial
ultraviolet shielding capability, but also has good strength and excellent physical properties.
