In production of high purity quartz sands of a quartz glass tube, with the weight of the high purity quartz sands as basic parts by weight, raw materials are added in parts by weight as follows: 0.1-0.8 / 1000 of cupric oxide, 0.001-0.01 / 1000 of sodium chloride, 0.001-0.03 / 1000 of ferric oxide, 0.001-0.03 / 1000 of potassium nitrate, 0.01-0.05 / 1000 of europium oxide, 0.001-0.05 / 1000 of aluminum oxide and 0.1-0.8 / 1000 of chromic oxide or potassium dichromate. The raw materials adequately mixed with the high purity quartz sands enter into a furnace to smelt and then are drawn to required quartz glass tubes. The green under-liquid special anti-quenching quartz glass tube drawn and molded by the preparation process of integrally coloring the tube wall is uniform in integral coloring of the tube wall, is free from explosion and has high strength.
