Abstract

The invention relates to a solar cell having a transparent front electrode and a module thereof. The cell adopts a structure that: a layer of transparent conductive film is produced on the surface of a diffused silicon chip to be used as a front electrode, and a pyramid structure is produced on the surface of the transparent conductive film in an acid corrosion way to realize the dereflection; and the front electrode is led to a back surface after being perforated, and the back surface of the silicon chip is a back electrode. The module which is formed by the solar cell adopts a structure that: every two adjacent solar cells are serially connected with each other through a conductive backboard, one end of the conductive backboard is connected with the front electrode, which leads to the back surface, of one of the two adjacent solar cells, and the other end of the conductive backboard is connected with the back electrode of the other of the two adjacent solar cells. The front surface of the cell collets the current through the transparent conductive film. Compared with the fine grid-line current collection way utilized by a traditional cell front electrode, the obtained sunchine can be improved by 6 to 8 percent compared to a traditional cell. The front electrode and the back electrode are connected with the partitioned conductive backboard, so the serial-connection resistance can be reduced, and the conversion efficiency and the output power of the solar module can be improved.
