Abstract

The invention provides a method for rapidly processing municipal food wastes. The method comprises the following steps: 1, collecting food wastes in a city in a large scale manner, recovering them, and sorting them; 2, crushing the unifiedly recovered food wastes into a fine slurry; 3, extracting the fine slurry with an underflow pump, rapidly carrying out high temperature steam disinfection drying, and rapidly bagging generated nontoxic dry food waste powder; 4, conveying the nontoxic dry food waste powder which is bagged and can be preserved to rural areas, and carrying out biological synergistic fermentation manure rotting on the dry food waste powder together with agricultural wastes of bagasse, banana sticks, peanut shells and the like; and 5, using the fully fermented material obtained in step 4 as a high quality farm manure or a fertilizer for culturing economic animals. The method which has the advantages of simple processing procedure and low cost is a convenient and practical method for processing the municipal food wastes.
