drying technology. It includes a
drying body with an electrically controlled lifting platform fixedly connected to the center of the top of the inner wall of the drying body. Two slide rails are fixedly connected to both sides of the inner wall of the drying body near the electrically controlled lifting platform. This invention adjusts the position of the freeze-
dried food in even-numbered columns by simultaneously pulling upwards on a second guide block and a second transmission block. Then, the tray is slightly shaken to create gaps between the freeze-
dried food in the conical blocks. Finally, the freeze-
dried food that has not yet entered the conical blocks is removed, and the tray is placed into a support frame, completing the loading of the freeze-dried food. This further solves the problem in traditional freeze-dried
pet food production drying equipment where, during
batch production, freeze-dried food tends to stack, preventing the hot air from flowing to all the freeze-dried food, resulting in incomplete drying of some areas, subsequent mold growth, and
contamination of other qualified freeze-dried products.
