Abstract

The invention relates to an organic cross linking polymer flooding system for improving the oil recovery ratio. The organic cross linking polymer flooding system is prepared by the following steps of: adding phenol, part of sodium hydroxide and urotropine into a reaction kettle, warming to the temperature of 50 DEG C and performing the reaction for 30min; adding part of glutaraldehyde and resorcinol, warming to the temperature of 60 DEG C and performing the reaction for 50min; adding the rest of sodium hydroxide, aluminium citrate and aluminum sulfate, warming to the temperature of 70 DEG C and performing the reaction for 20min; and finally, adding the rest of glutaraldehyde, warming to the temperature of 90 DEG C, performing the reaction for 30min and emptying after materials are cooled to obtain the product. The invention establishes the organic cross linking polymer flooding system which has controllable gelling time and strength, good thermal stability and good temperature resistance and salt resistance and is harmless to the environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an organic cross-linked polymer oil displacement system for enhancing oil recovery. Background technique [0002] With the continuous exploitation of oil reservoirs, most of the early-developed oil fields have entered the high water cut period. In order to effectively enhance oil recovery, domestic oilfield chemists have conducted many studies in recent years. A large number of laboratory and field tests have shown that the polymer flooding technology can effectively seal the formation and reduce the water produced by the production well. The chemical flooding of this method can maximize the swept volume and improve the oil displacement efficiency. However, due to the fact that the polymer has problems such as poor temperature resistance and salt resistance, easy high-temperature hydrolysis, and easy oxidative degradation during actual use. Therefore, it is necessary to modify the polymer or add a crosslinking agent to make ...
