Abstract

A hydraulic control system of an aeration machine comprises a variable desplacement pump, an electromotor, a hydraulic motor, a reduction box, impellers, a change valve and an oil tank. A power output end of the electromotor is connected with a power input end of the variable desplacement pump, the hydraulic motor is provided with a power input end connected with a hydraulic pressure output end of the variable desplacement pump, the reduction box is arranged at the power output end of the hydraulic motor, the impellers are arranged at the output end of the reduction box, the change valve is used for controlling flow of the variable desplacement pump, and the oil tank is arranged on a hydraulic return circuit composed of the variable desplacement pump and the hydraulic motor. Compared with the prior art, the hydraulic control system has the advantages of adopting a high-pressure high-speed hydraulic system to reduce equipment volume; adopting a pump-controlled speed regulating system to enable speed to be adjustable; being capable of slowly running under majority of working conditions to save a large amount of electric energy; and adopting whole hydraulic control, enabling both the speed and the pressure to be accurately adjusted, and having the functions of automatic protection.
