Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: washing oily aluminum paste; coating the washed oily aluminum paste by using silicon compounds, namely 1) throwing 100 to 150 weight parts of absolute ethanol and 5 to 15 weight parts of tetraethoxysilane into the washed oily aluminum paste, heating to 40 to 60 DEG C, and reacting with stirring for 10 to 30 minutes; 2) adding 10 to 15 weight parts of ethanediamine and 10 to 20 weight parts of deionized water, and reacting with stirring for 1 to 2 hours; 3) adding 5 to 15 weight parts of silane coupling agent, and reacting with stirring for 30 to 60 minutes; and 4) slowly adding 2 to 5 weight parts of dimethicone with stirring, and continuously reacting with stirring for 1 to 2 hours.
