Embodiment Construction

[0013] In order to deepen the understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with implementation.

[0014] One for the detection of CO 2 The method for preparing a porous counter electrode gas sensor, the steps are as follows:

[0015] (1) Preparation of NASICON (Na 3 Zr 2 Si 2 PO i2 ): Using the sol-gel method, Na 3 PO 4 12H 2 O, Si(OC 2 h 5 ) 4 , and ZrO(NO 3 ) 2 2H 2 O These three substances are made into an aqueous solution according to the weight ratio of 1:2:1, and the addition of 5g of C 6 h 8 o 7 As a dispersant (polyethylene glycol, PEG, MW: 20000), a mixture was prepared; the obtained mixture was stirred at 50°C for 3h to form a clear sol, and the sol was placed at 25°C for 3 days to obtain a xerogel; then The xerogel was dried at 80°C for 24h, then heated at 500°C for 30min to remove organic matter to obtain the NASICON precursor; finally, the NASICON precursor was extruded into a disc (10...

Abstract

The invention relates to a porous counter electrode gas sensor for detection of CO2 and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of preparing NASICON by a sol-gel method, processing platinum electrodes coated on two sides of NASICON into polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) films as templates by a dip-coating technology, adhering two-component carbonate paste to one side of NASICON by a screen printing technology, at the other side, dispersing an alpha-terpineol solution of BaCO3 to a counter electrode to form screen printing paste, then carrying out printing, and carrying out calcination of the whole equipment at a temperature of 600 DEG C for 2 hours to decompose the PMMA templates so that the two sides of NASICON have porous structures and the porous counter electrode gas sensor based on NASICON is obtained. The porous counter electrode gas sensor uses PMMA microspheres as templates and a porous BaCO3 film as a counter electrode and because two types of the electrodes have the basically same porous structures, the dependence of the two platinum electrodes on relative humidity can be offset mutually. Therefore, the porous counter electrode gas sensor based on NASICON has good performances in the relatively wet environment.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting CO 2 A preparation method for the preparation of a gas sensor, especially relates to a method for detecting CO 2 Preparation method of porous counter electrode gas sensor. Background technique: [0002] Voltage type CO based on solid electrolyte 2 The research history of sensors has been more than thirty years. Voltage-type sensors are very popular because of their high selectivity, small size, high reliability, and low price. Such sensors show very good CO 2 Sensing properties, but its sensing ability will be seriously disturbed in humid environment. Although researchers have designed a large number of methods to solve this problem in recent years, for example: (1) two-component carbonate (Li 2 CO 3 -BaCO 3 , molecular ratio 1:2) are used as auxiliary materials to improve the sensing performance at high temperature; (2) on SiO 2 :Na 2 O:B 2 o 3 :Al 2 o 3 Na coated on glass 0.6 CoO 2 As a...
