Abstract

The invention discloses a quick-drying and repairing refractory material. The quick-drying and repairing refractory material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40%-80% of aggregate, 10%-25% of powder, 5%-20% of binding agent and 0.2%-4% of additive, wherein the aggregate is one substance or a mixture of more substances in ceramsite, expanded perlite, flint clay, high-alumina bauxite, corundum, light brick sand and heavy brick sand; the powder is a mixture of at least three components in clay, hollow microsphere, closed cell perlite, alumina powder, fine alumina powder, siliceous dust and perlite powder; the binding agent is one substance or a mixture of more substances in high-alumina cement, pure calcium aluminate cement, water glass and a mixture of phosphoric acid and aluminium phosphate as well as phenolic resin; and the additive is one substance or a mixture of three substances in high-efficiency water reducing agent, inorganic phosphate and organic fiber. Compared with the prior art, the quick-drying and repairing refractory material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good binding performance with the original lining, high temperature rising speed, high intermediate-temperature strength, stable high-temperature volume and strong corrosion resistance and the like.
