Abstract

The invention discloses a high-moisture vinasse fuel direct-fired boiler system which comprises a screw conveyer, a boiler, a dust remover, a drying gasification combustion device and an air distribution system, wherein the boiler comprises a hearth, a hearth feed inlet, a hearth discharge hole, hearth air inlets positioned on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the hearth, a hearth air outlet, a chain grate arranged between the hearth feed inlet and the hearth discharge hole and a water cooling grate arranged at the hearth feed inlet; an inlet end of the drying gasification combustion device is connected with the screw conveyer, and an outlet end of the drying gasification combustion device is connected to the front side wall of the hearth between the hearth air inlets and the hearth feed inlet; and the air distribution system comprises primary air sent into the hearth from the hearth air outlet, secondary air sent into the hearth respectively from the hearth air inlet and the hearth feed inlet and circulation air which is introduced from the rear end of the dust remover and sent into the drying gasification combustion device.
