Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, when the optical stimulation device in the traditional technology conducts light through the optical fiber for optical stimulation, the optical fiber will generate heat and the temperature will gradually increase.
Nerve tissue is more sensitive to temperature, which will affect the therapeutic effect of light stimulation.
Therefore, the heat dissipation of the photostimulation device in the traditional technology is relatively poor.

Abstract

The invention relates to a photostimulation device which comprises a temperature sensor, a central processing unit, a drug feeding device, a refrigerating device, and a micro guide tube. The temperature sensor is used for detecting temperature of nerve tissues. The central processing unit which is connected with the temperature sensor is used for receiving feedback temperature information of the temperature sensor. The drug feeding device which is connected with the central processing unit is used for filling solution. The refrigerating device which is connected with the central processing unit and the drug feeding device are used for refrigerating the solution filled by the drug feeding device. The micro guide tube which is connected with the refrigerating device is used for conveying the refrigerated solution to the nerve tissues. The central processing unit is further used for adjusting parameters of solution filled by the drug feeding device according to the feedback temperature information of the temperature sensor and adjusting refrigerating parameters of solution refrigerated by the refrigerating device. In addition, the invention further provides a method for adjusting photostimulation temperature. By the photostimulation device and the method, radiation and cooling in the photostimulation can be achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a light stimulation device and a method for adjusting the temperature during light stimulation. Background technique [0002] Neurological diseases and mental illnesses worldwide have become two major problems in today's society. Numerous central nervous system and psychiatric disorders, including epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia, anorexia nervosa, depression, Alzheimer's disease, tremors, spasticity, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, stroke, and drug addiction, have been It threatens human health and disturbs the normal life of human beings. The emergence of optogenetics technology (Optogenetics) makes it possible to solve the above problems. [0003] Optogenetics technology is a new multidisciplinary biotechnology that integrates optics, genetic engineering, electrophysiology and electronic engineering, which is developing rapidly in recent years. The main ...
